Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within its Programming & Acquisitions team. This team oversees content strategy, acquisition, and relationship management across major sports leagues. This is a contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or full-time conversion. Title Executive Assistant- Programming & Acquisitions Location Bristol, CT (Onsite) Pay Rate $38-$39/hour Contract 6-month W2 contract- potential to extend Description This role will provide high-level administrative support to a Senior Vice President, Programming & Acquisitions, along with two Vice Presidents. The Executive Assistant will manage complex scheduling, coordinate high-profile events, and serve as a key liaison both internally and externally. Responsibilities include: • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing daily activities, • Coordinate multi-city travel logistics, accounting for time zones, delays, and executive efficiency, • Plan and execute high-profile meetings, board sessions, and partner events, • Prepare reports, summaries, and conduct research to support business initiatives, • Interface with senior executives, stakeholders, and external partners, • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, • Draft professional correspondence and communications on behalf of leadership, • Support onboarding of new employees and act as a key point of contact, • Anticipate needs and proactively adjust schedules based on shifting priorities, • Maintain awareness of industry trends and relevant news to support executive priorities Basic Qualifications • 3+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives, • Strong calendar management and travel coordination experience, • Experience planning events and coordinating logistics, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels Education Bachelor's degree preferred but not required About Us Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans, along with supplemental coverage such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity.
