Job DescriptionStarting Pay of $20.00–$25.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:Onboarding & Compliance Support:Assist with FBI background checks, fingerprinting, and badging processes.Serve as a liaison to candidates during the onboarding process.Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed accurately and on time.Partner with the Safety and Compliance team to support HR initiatives.HR Administration:Maintain employee personnel files, recruiting trackers, interview logs, and attendance systems.Prepare and ensure weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports are completed accurately.Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and candidate information.Employee Support & Communication:Explain company policies, programs, and benefits to employees and candidates.Provide professional and timely responses to HR-related inquiries.Support the organization’s mission by completing HR-related tasks as needed.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with hiring managers and internal teams to support staffing needs.Assist with talent acquisition activities and scheduling.Support additional HR projects as assigned.Minimum Essential Functions:Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods while working on a computer.Frequently operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.Communicate effectively with candidates and internal teams.Maintain high attention to detail and organization.Work Environment:Office environment with frequent computer use.May occasionally move throughout operational areas.Regular interaction with team members in shared workspaces.Flexible schedule may be required based on business needs.Position Highlights:Long Term ContractFull TimeHours: Monday–Friday (Schedule may vary based on operational needs)Benefits: Medical, Dental & VisionPrescription Drug DiscountsShort-Term DisabilityAccident, Critical Illness, and Life Insurance Package401k / RothPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick)Referral Program that offers $50 to both you and your referral after they work 80 hoursQualifications:2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred1–2 years of administrative experience required (HR experience preferred)Strong interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, database systems)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in airline, transportation, hospitality, manufacturing, or food service environments highly desirableAbout Us:We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and celebrate our employees' differences, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, Veteran status, or any other protected classes.
