Job Description Sales Admin – Manufacturing | Piscataway, NJ United Staffing Solutions (USS) is representing a U.S. manufacturing company providing the service industry with high-quality cups and food containers. We are seeking a Sales Admin for a permanent, full-time, on-site role in Piscataway, NJ. The Sales Admin will support both the sales team and customers by ensuring accurate orders, seamless communication, and exceptional customer care. Schedule: Monday–Friday, roughly 8am–5pm (may have some flexibility) Type: Direct hire / Permanent position Pay: $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience Responsibilities of the Sales Admin: • Liaising between sales representatives and customers, • Reviewing incoming orders for completeness and accuracy, • Checking that customers are being charged correctly and receiving appropriate credits, • Processing invoices and managing related documentation, • Supporting light Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, • Handling phone-based and email-based customer service inquiries, • Responding promptly and professionally to customer questions, • Maintaining organized and accurate administrative records, • Assisting with general office tasks as needed Requirements for the Sales Admin: • Prior administrative experience in an office environment, • Customer service experience via phone and email, • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, • Experience with AR/AP is a plus, • Comfortable working in a small office environment (approximately 10 people) Apply Today Apply below for immediate consideration for this dynamic Sales Admin role.
