Job Description Our client, a growing Commercial Real Estate Private Equity firm, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Property Management Team, overseeing a portfolio of 20β30 commercial buildings totaling over 4 million square feet. This position is ideal for a 5 plus years of experience Key Responsibilities: β’ Assist the Regional Property Management team with day-to-day administrative operations across the building portfolio., β’ Coordinate vendor work, preventative maintenance scheduling, and service contracts., β’ Track and manage purchase orders, work orders, and invoices., β’ Maintain property data, lease documentation, insurance certificates, and compliance records., β’ Liaise with tenants, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and follow-up., β’ Support with budgeting, reporting, and property inspections., β’ Help coordinate insurance renewals, claims, and certificates of insurance. 5 plus years of relevant experience in real estate, property management, or commercial office support preferred. β’ Strong organizational and communication skills., β’ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently., β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Yardi or other PM software a plus., β’ Self-starter with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.Company DescriptionGreat Benefits and Culture here!Great Benefits and Culture here!
