Job DescriptionBilingual (English/Spanish) Legal Receptionist - Clifton, NJ LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly professional and experienced Bi-Lingual Legal Receptionist to join our team. This is an immediate opening for a dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values excellent client service. Key Responsibilities: • Answer and manage a high-volume, 10-line phone system efficiently and professionally., • Route incoming calls accurately to appropriate staff members., • Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner., • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area., • Perform basic administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and sorting incoming/outgoing mail.Requirements:, • Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a multi-line phone system., • Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone presence., • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel., • Experience with Filevine is a plus.
