Job DescriptionKearny, NJ 4 days onsite- 1 WFH Contract to Hire Pay- $45-$50 an hour The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage executives' calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules., • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reports., • Screen and direct emails, phone calls, and correspondence., • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and memos., • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems., • Serve as a liaison between executives, • Handle confidential information with discretion., • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications, • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role., • Strong organizational and time management skills., • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)., • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively., • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism., • Adaptable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.Preferred Qualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred but not required)., • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-suite executives.Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per week Search managed by: Tracy Galarza Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
