Job Title: Receptionist Job Location: Elmwood Park, NJ Payrate: $20.00/ hr. on w2 Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and team members in a professional and friendly manner., • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries., • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and appointment coordination., • Assist customers with basic inquiries and route them to the appropriate team., • Provide general (non-technical) guidance to customers navigating the platform or services., • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and packages., • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times., • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document handling, and filing., • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer support., • Escalate complex customer, technical, or service-related issues to relevant departments., • Maintain accurate visitor logs and office records. Preferred (but not required):, • Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or administrative assistant., • Experience in legal, fintech, or professional services environments., • Basic understanding of customer support or legal processes.
