Job Description The Atlantic Group has partnered with a boutique catering company in East Rockaway, NY. They have an immediate need for an Administrative Professional to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance ($60-80K annual salary when perm). Secretary /Executive Assistant We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Secretary /Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment. This is a full-time, on-site position with strong growth potential. We are looking for someone dependable, sharp, and motivated to grow with our company long-term. Work Schedule: 5 days a week in office (90% of the time in the East Rockaway office, 10% of the time in the Lawrence office) Responsibilities: • Manage emails, calls, and day-to-day correspondence, • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments, • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal team members, • Assist with event coordination and logistics, • Prepare documents, proposals, and basic reports, • Maintain organization of office systems and files, • Support ownership/management with administrative tasks Requirements: • Administrative experience, • Knowledge of kosher cooking, • Experience in hospitality, catering, or event planning is a plus but not required, • Strong computer skills ( microsoft office, email, documents, spreadsheets), • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or Adobe is a plus but not required, • Professional communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow, • Reliable transportation
