Position Summary: New York Edge is seeking a qualified and highly motivated HR Recruitment Specialist to support our organizational hiring needs. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet staffing demands across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now as an ATS and familiarity with Salesforce is strongly preferred. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Essential Job Functions: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through candidate onboarding., • Search resume databases and proactively source candidates through multiple recruitment channels., • Communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies., • Draft, proofread, and update job descriptions in collaboration with HR and program leadership., • Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage requisitions, candidates, and offer letters., • (Preferred) Support reporting and workflow integration using Salesforce., • Review and evaluate applicants to ensure alignment with position requirements., • Interview candidates while ensuring compliance with New York Edge policies and labor regulations., • Adhere to all laws, rules, and personal data privacy regulations., • Recommend new sources for both active and passive candidate recruiting., • Provide weekly reports on recruitment activity, progress, and pipeline health.Required Skills:, • Strong passion for HR and Talent Acquisition practices., • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now ATS required., • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred., • Ability to effectively scan and assess large volumes of resumes., • Understanding of recruitment marketing and candidate engagement strategies., • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills., • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment., • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to collaboration.Qualifications:, • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
