Job Description Office Assistant / Office Coordinator (Part-Time) – Medford, NY We’re hiring a Part-Time Office Assistant / Office Coordinator to support day-to-day operations at our Medford, NY headquarters. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, supporting a team, and being involved in a variety of office and administrative tasks. If you’re someone who likes a mix of responsibilities—from coordinating logistics to supporting leadership and keeping the office running smoothly—this role offers a stable position with variety and impact. What You’ll Do (Office Administration & Coordination) • Assist with training room setup, materials prep, and assembling sales/training books, • Help coordinate travel arrangements for trainees, • Handle daily office tasks: mail, phones, ordering lunch, • Provide light executive assistant support to CEO/VP, • Support sales team and distributor network with marketing materials, • Manage office supplies, inventory, deliveries, and mailings, • Maintain break rooms and conference rooms (stocking, setup, cleanliness), • Assist Accounting team with filing Vendor & Facility Coordination • Act as the point person for vendors, including:, • Cleaning crew, landscapers, HVAC, electricians, plumbers, • Painters, dumpster services, fire inspections, • Security systems, voice/data providers, • Office equipment (copiers, supplies, maintenance), • Forklift maintenance scheduling What We’re Looking For • Experience or interest in office assistant, administrative assistant, or office coordinator roles, • Highly organized and detail-oriented, • Able to multitask and manage changing priorities, • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), • Self-starter who can work independently and proactively Qualifications • Associate’s degree or coursework in office administration, business, or related field, • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Pay • $20 – $23 per hour, based on experience Schedule • Part-time: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM About Us ENECON is a global leader in advanced polymer composite technology and high-performance coating systems used to repair and protect equipment and structures across a wide range of industries.
