Our client, a leading organization in the retail and hospitality industry, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting the hiring process for new locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter Location: Melville, NY Pay Range: $30- $35/hr Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Duration: 2 months What's the Job? • Recruit and screen candidates for grocery, produce, dairy, bakery, deli, and cashier roles for a new location in Greenvale, NY, • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information, • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition, • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, particularly in restaurant and retail environments, • Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently, • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude, • Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a new location in Greenvale, NY, • Engage in meaningful work supporting community employment efforts, • Gain valuable experience in a dynamic recruitment environment, • Work with a supportive and diverse team, • Medical and Prescription Drug Plans, • Dental Plan, • Supplemental Life Insurance, • Short Term Disability Insurance About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells.
