Job Description You’ll work directly with the CEO to launch our new U.S. headquarters, manage investor/government programs, support real estate/factory setup, and coordinate multiple sales channels. This is a fast-paced, hands-on CoS-track role for those who love structure, ownership, and startup momentum. Responsibilities • Lead company build-out: documentation, HR setup, vendor onboarding, and reporting systems., • Support IR/GR, finance, and cashflow management; collaborate with legal/accounting., • Oversee Columbus factory due diligence, permits, and utility coordination., • Manage onboarding and governance for Outside Sales (3–5) and Manufacturer’s Reps (3–5)., • Serve as executive partner to the CEO: meeting logistics, communication, and action tracking., • Prepare weekly leadership meeting agendas, take minutes, and manage action-item follow-up., • Coordinate payroll, benefits, onboarding, and compliance tasks with our HR service provider., • Act as the interface with U.S. accounting/tax firms and Korea HQ to gather month-end documents., • Prepare monthly KPI dashboards summarizing CapEx/OpEx, hiring pipeline, and major project status., • Manage vendor relationships for IT, insurance, facility services, and contractors., • 5–12 years of EA / Office Manager / Operation experience with CoS (C-level executives) experience in startup or growth environments., • Understanding of expense control, PO management, and basic financial processes, • Proven record of building processes and structures independently., • English native to fluency required; Korean or cross-cultural experience preferred., • Background in manufacturing, electrical/industrial equipment, or supply chain, • Experience in a global HQ–subsidiary structure, • Health or Life Insurance · 401(k) match · PTO per company policyCompany DescriptionHCTNS (HC Transformer & Switchgear) is the U.S. subsidiary of a global transformer manufacturer with more than 50 years of engineering and production excellence in South Korea.
