We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Recruiter (Contract) to support our rapidly growing client in Brea. This role will manage the full life cycle of recruitment for internal and external roles across a designated region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and a collaborative, analytical approach to recruitment and onboarding. This is a for a 3-month contract role with possibility to be extended. Core Duties: • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment and onboarding process in the ATS., • Manage full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, assessments, background checks, substance screening, offer letters, and onboarding., • Conduct extensive sourcing through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms., • Recruit for corporate roles across functions such as Finance, Marketing, Accounting, and IT., • Provide support in identifying and securing senior management talent., • Effectively manage 5–10 open requisitions throughout the contract period., • Partner with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and create recruitment strategies that align with business goals., • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to recruitment and onboarding., • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)., • At least 2 years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Greenhouse is a big plus., • Willingness to travel within the designated region up to 25%., • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)., • Knowledge of HR operations, including hiring, payroll, employee benefits, and labor law compliance., • Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skills.
