About the Role We are seeking a Customer and Finance Concierge to oversee the financial and operational aspects of our high-end custom home projects. This is not your typical back-office role—it’s highly collaborative and client-facing, with a direct impact on how we bring dream homes to life while staying aligned with client budgets and expectations. You’ll work closely with our internal team, subcontractors, and homeowners throughout the building process—from budgeting and estimating through active construction and final closeout. This role combines analytical rigor with hands-on involvement in creating homes of the highest caliber. What You’ll Be Doing Pre-Construction & Estimating: • Partner with the design and construction teams to develop project budgets during pre-construction., • Develop and manage detailed budgets for each custom home project, including allowances and contingencies., • Monitor and track costs throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and transparency., • Serve as a liaison between project management, clients, and subcontractors to align expectations and budgets., • Coordinate, document, and track change orders and associated cost impacts., • Provide real-time reporting to project leadership and clients., • Support monthly draw processes, invoicing, and payment approvals., • 5+ years of experience in residential construction budgeting, estimating, or cost control—luxury or custom home experience required., • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, construction management, or a related field is preferred but not required., • Strong understanding of residential construction workflows, materials, and cost structures., • High attention to detail and the ability to see both the numbers and the bigger picture., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you’ll be working with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams., • Tech-savvy with comfort using project management and accounting platforms (experience with construction-specific tools a plus).
