In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include: • Greeting visitors and managing incoming calls and correspondence., • Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff., • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents., • Organizing and maintaining office files and records, both physical and digital., • Assisting with data entry and managing office supplies inventory., • Supporting various departments with administrative duties as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience in an administrative support role., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong organizational and time management abilities., • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively., • High level of discretion and professionalism.
