Job Overview:
New Mental Health Clinic is actively seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LSW, LMFT) and Counselors (LAC, LPC) to join our dynamic mental health teams. As a therapist, you will provide high-quality, client-centered therapy to individuals, couples, families, groups, and children (ages 6+). You will address a variety of mental health challenges in a supportive and flexible environment.
This role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities to work both remotely and in-person.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and motivational interviewing techniques.
Offer crisis intervention and support, monitoring client progress and effectiveness of treatment.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments) in a timely manner.
Participate in monthly supervision (if applicable), and adhere to ethical standards in mental health practice.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in therapy.
Required Qualifications:
Valid and current license in New Jersey (LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT).
Master’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
At least one year of experience delivering psychotherapy and mental health services.
Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual skills (Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic) are a plus.
Experience working with pediatric mental health and special education considerations is a bonus.
