Back of House Manager Shift Leaders/AM Cashiers Cooks/Dishwasher If you have experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced and fun environment, and want to join a rapidly growing company with massive potential, then we want to hear from you. What skills do you bring to the table? • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment for Management positions, • One (1) year of previous restaurant experience (required) for BOH Manager Six (6) months previous experience for Shift/Leaders (preferred), • Excellent communication skills, • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS What else do you need? • US work authorization (required), • High school or equivalent (GED), • Serve Safe certification (preferred), • Flexibility and an open schedule to allow you to cover shifts as needed, • Reliable transportation to get you to work, • Ability to work an 8-hour shift, which may include weekends What do we offer? • Salary of $60,000 - $65,000 per year (depending on your experience) for BOH Managers, • Hourly wages starting at $16.00-$17.25 per hour (depending on your experience) -, • Benefits & Perks including:, • Flexible schedule, • Health insurance, • Paid time off, • Paid training, • Free shift meals and discounts on your day off!
