This position has an hourly rate of $17 + Tips. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Retrieve completed food and/or beverage orders from kitchen or bar; confirm accuracy of order and deliver to guests with appropriate condiments. When serving beverages, abide by all state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests, • Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explains, if necessary, any specials and/or bar promotions, • Record the details of the order from guests, repeating as necessary, to check for accuracy, • Prepare drinks in accordance with the guest's order, • Responsible for mixing drinks, serving drinks, serving food, cleaning bar, setting up and breaking down the bar, • Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction, • Market and serve upon request any dessert or specialty item, • Present the check to the guest when asked, collect and process payment, • Handle, process and settle all cash payment and transactions from bar and lounge, • Make sure that all silverware and glasses are wiped and spotless, • Mark bar counter appropriately to food order for each course, • Enter all sales in POS correctly.
