Candidates should have outstanding communication skills, be a self-motivator, with ability to work independently and efficiently in an industrial-type environment! Key Responsibilities, include but are not limited to: • Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer sites based on service requests, urgency, and technician availability., • Communicate with customers to confirm service appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries or concerns., • Handle incoming phone calls., • Monitor and track the progress of service jobs to ensure timely completion and resolve any scheduling conflicts., • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure necessary resources and information are provided to technicians for each service job; details include-location, equipment, custom instructions/notes, job details., • Maintain accurate and detailed records of service requests, technician assignments, and customer communications using Miracle Service system., • Manage multiple databases with accurate data., • Analyze and optimize routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce costs., • Generate reports on service activities, technician performance, and customer satisfaction metrics as needed., • Ability to lift up to 20lbs when assisting with miscellaneous duties., • Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related role., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members., • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities., • Proficiency in Miracle Service, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite., • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • Detail-Oriented: Ensures all information is accurate and all schedules are clearly communicated., • Proactive: Anticipates potential scheduling conflicts and resolves them before they arise., • Calm Under Pressure: Handles emergency requests and challenging situations with composure., • Customer-Focused: Prioritizes customer satisfaction and ensures service standards are met., • Efficient: Manages time and resources effectively to maximize productivity., • Team-Oriented: Works collaboratively with technicians and internal departments to achieve goals., • Benefits package: various medical options including 100% employer covered benefits, dental, and vision plans, • Paid Time off, • Life Insurance, • Matching 401k
