Sales Manager – Automotive Customization & Restyling Company: 718 Auto Customization Locations: Fort Lee, NJ & Brooklyn, NY Are you passionate about cars, sales, and building customer relationships? Do you have experience selling automotive customization, luxury vehicles, aftermarket accessories, or high-ticket products? 718 Auto Customization is one of the Tri-State area's fastest-growing automotive customization shops, and we're looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our team. What You'll Sell Paint Protection Film (PPF) Ceramic Coating Ceramic & Carbon Window Tint Vehicle Wraps & Color PPF Ambient Lighting & Starlight Headliners Audio & Video Systems Wheels, Tires & Powder Coating Carbon Fiber Accessories Body Kits Performance Upgrades Collision & Body Repair Complete Vehicle Customization Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in-store and online Build quotes and close sales Follow up with leads and existing customers Work with dealerships, repeat customers, and referrals Help grow sales while delivering outstanding customer service Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge Qualifications Sales experience required (automotive preferred) Strong communication and closing skills Positive attitude and team player Self-motivated and goal-oriented Knowledge of automotive customization is a major plus Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission Unlimited earning potential Employee discounts Career growth opportunities Work with luxury, exotic, and high-end vehicles Supportive team environment If you love cars and want to build a career with one of the most trusted names in automotive customization, we'd love to hear from you.
