Job Description About JPro Supplies: JPro Supplies is a national leader in janitorial and office supplies, MRO products, and commercial cleaning equipment. About the Position: This position will serve as the Customer and Sales Support Specialist for our industrial supply company, JPro Supplies, under the supervision of the General Manager. Candidate will work within a team atmosphere as well as independently. They must be comfortable taking initiative, managing tasks without constant supervision, and handling responsibilities with confidence and professionalism. Primary Responsibilities: Monitor orders daily, provide tracking details and other pertinent information to customers in a timely manner Work with vendors to resolve any shipping issues such as missing or damaged items Process vendor PO’s for special orders and other select items Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly, professional manner Provide basic troubleshooting for equipment issues and product assembly assistance Schedule and dispatch technicians in a timely manner Manage service calendars and appointments Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, organization, etc. Seek to identify and propose improvements to processes and systems which will maximize company performance and cost-effective use of fiscal resources Requirements: QuickBooks experience, preferably QuickBooks Online Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc. Current CRM experience (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot preferred) Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize while working independently or with the team Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Previous experience working for a distributor, contractor, electrician, HVAC, plumber, or similar service company Experience with scheduling/dispatching technicians High level of maintaining confidentiality General Work Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:30AM – 5:00PM (Ability to work flexible schedule) Location: Company Office- 351 S. Cypress Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33334 Other: Candidates must be capable of passing background screening, including verification of education, references, and drug testing. Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000 annually commensurate with experience plus 16 days PTO, paid holidays, 401K with up to 4% matching contribution after 90 days, health insurance allowance, and 50% funded short term disability insurance.
