Responsibilities: • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options., • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals., • Establish priorities while working independently and efficiently., • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services., • Drive new business and sales/customer retention.Requirements:, • Strong, verifiable sales skills/experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing), • Ability to develop leads and prospect new clients through marketing activities such as networking and referrals, • Competitive personality & the ability to work well with individuals as well as a professional sales team, • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening, • Self-motivated, • Detail oriented, • Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals, • Property and Casualty license (must have currently), • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)Benefits info:, • Competitive salary plus commission, • Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), • Group life insurance eligibility after designated time, • Simple IRA match up to designated amountIf you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.
