Job DescriptionAbout this Job Wolfoods Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Operations Manager to support our growth within the camp food service industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the sales team operates efficiently and effectively, from lead generation through client launch. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong administrative and communication skills, comfortable with travel and a fast-paced seasonal environment. Responsibilities The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks that encompass both sales support and general office administration: Sales Operations and Lead Management • Generating Leads: Proactively research and identify potential camp clients., • Conference Attendance: Represent Wolfoods Inc. at industry conferences and trade shows to generate new leads and network with potential clients., • Lead Follow-up: Systematically follow up on all inbound and conference-generated leads to qualify opportunities., • Meeting with Leads: Schedule and sometimes participate in initial meetings with qualified leads., • Camp Visits: Organize and conduct site visits to prospective and new client camps during the non-operational season., • RFPs (Request for Proposals): Manage the entire RFP process, including compiling necessary documentation, writing proposals, and ensuring timely submission., • Client Launch: Coordinate the seamless transition of new clients from the sales phase to the operations phase, including necessary documentation and introductory meetings., • Sales Technology and Integrations: Assist with the integration and maintenance of sales and operations software.Office Administration and Support, • Travel Coordination: Coordinate all sales team travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, especially during the peak selling season., • Payroll Assistance: Assist the administrative team with compiling and verifying sales-related payroll data., • General Office Administration: Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed.Requirements, • Proven experience in sales operations, business development, or a related administrative role., • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Proficiency with Google Workspace, • Willingness to travel, particularly during the primary sales season and summer
