The AGM is a dynamic fitness professional who is comfortable with both selling and prospecting. To be exceptional, a strong understanding of fitness and sales is a must, as is a keen understanding of prospecting methods and an outgoing personality. Compensation • Base Salary: $1,342.53 per pay period, • Pay Schedule: Semi-monthly (paid on the 1st and 15th of each month for the previous pay period)Incentive Pay Overview Membership Sales Commission (Monthly), • Earn tiered commission on new membership dues sold:, • 15% for under $500 in new dues (25 new members), • Up to 105% for $2,000+ in new dues (100 new members), • Commission increases with performance thresholds Sales Performance Bonus, • Earn a $500 bonus when you sell $1,250 or more in new membership dues (63 new members) in a calendar month Personal Training Commission, • 5% commission on all personal training revenue sold (including monthly and paid-in-full programs), • 100 %+ of quota met: You earn the full 10% bonus, • Below 70% of quota: You earn 25% of the 10% bonus, • Between 7099% of quota: You earn the corresponding percentage of the 10% (e.g., 85% of the 10% bonus if 85% of the quota is met)
