FLSA Classification Exempt Reports to Director, Sales, XaSolutions Main areas of responsibility: • Working with an established customer base in the Mid Atlantic US (NY, DE, MD, NJ, PA, CT) to maintain and grow sales, • Developing new customers and opportunities in the CASE market., • Developing a robust new business pipeline to drive territory growth, • Daily sales responsibilities include customer collaboration, forecasting, and open order management with emphasis on meeting both supplier and customer needs, • Close collaboration with suppliers to provide technical support for new and existing customers, • Submittal of call reports, open project reports, quarterly supplier reports and all other related sales reports Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or 4-year minimum work experience in CASE, • Live in the Mid Atlantic US, • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong adaptability, creativity, and drive to succeed, • Strong team player; motivated and extremely customer centric, • Solid negotiation skills, • Analytical and problem-solving ability, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Willingness to travel (up to 50%) Preferred Qualifications: • Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations, • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within current and prospective customers, • Sales history of calling on multi-level plant or facilities management, and developing long term meaningful relationships, • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry, etc.) Preferred Level of Experience At least 4 years of technical sales experience or 1+ years lab experience Location & Commitments • Full-time, permanent, • Remote, reporting to the XaSolutions locations for set meetings and upon request of leadership team.
