Job Description Full-Time Luxury Sales Associate LANVIN is seeking talented candidates for a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate Opportunity at our boutique in New York! Position Overview: LANVIN, the oldest French couture house, is seeking a passionate and client-focused Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our boutique team. As a key brand ambassador, you will deliver world-class service, drive sales, and foster long-lasting relationships with clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with exquisite collections and contribute to an exceptional in-store experience. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects LANVIN’s standards and values., • Achieve and surpass personal sales targets and KPIs by cultivating client relationships, scheduling appointments, managing consignments, and consistently engaging in client development activities., • Serve as a Keyholder, accountable for opening and closing procedures in alignment with company policy., • Utilize the LANVIN Client Journey and advanced selling techniques such as cross-selling, upselling, and styling to maximize every transaction., • Maintain and update client profiles, ensuring a personalized approach with every interaction., • Stay current on product knowledge across all collections and share this expertise with clients., • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies for returns, refunds, and VAT claims., • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries appropriately., • Support daily store operations, including merchandising, visual standards, light cleaning, restocking, and participating in regular cycle counts., • Actively contribute to a collaborative team culture rooted in respect, feedback, and shared success. Qualifications & Skills: • Prior retail sales experience in a luxury environment strongly preferred., • Strong product knowledge and ability to speak to both Men’s and Women’s Ready-to-Wear (MRTW/WRTW)., • Experience with Made-to-Measure (MTM) and/or Bespoke offerings is required., • Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends and industry updates., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Positive, high-energy, and team-oriented with a proactive work ethic., • Professional, respectful, and eager to grow within the LANVIN brand.
