Pookie Bakery is looking Fulltime and Part time friendly, energetic, and reliable Front Counter Cashier to join our team. As the face of our bakery, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for every customer while keeping the front of house running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude, • Take customer orders accurately using our POS system, • Handle cash and card payments, • Package cookies and desserts with care, • Keep the front counter clean, organized, and stocked, • Answer customer questions about our products, • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed, • Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining excellent customer service Requirements: • Friendly and outgoing personality, • Reliable and punctual, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, • Strong communication skills, • Basic math and cash handling skills, • Ability to stand for extended periods, • Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required, we're happy to train the right person.
