We work hard and play hard., • Creating a great customer experience by offering outstanding customer service and helping customers find the perfect solution to fit their appliance need., • The Retail Sales Associate serves as an expert, explaining the specifications, • Team player - work with sales support, service, and operations staff to ensure that the customer receives the best experience possible, • Ensuring the showroom merchandise is customer-ready, information is current, and fit for demonstration purposes, • Participate in continuous training to develop sales skills & further product knowledge, • Providing assistance with delivery scheduling, rebate processing, and follow up after the sale, • Maintaining and building relationships with local builders and designers, • 8-hour shifts, no holidays, • Outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills and can-do attitude, • Effective verbal and written communication skills, • Be self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals, • Acute attention to detail and thrive on a job well done, • Thrives in a team and results-driven environment, • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, • Travel requirements: This role does not require regular travel; however, this role may need to travel on occasion to meetings, training, or other store locations, • High school diploma or GED requiredJob Type & Compensation:, • Full-time, weekend availability needed, • 1st year anticipated earnings of $70K, • Includes $35K Base Salary + Commission & Spiffs, • 2nd year anticipated $90K - $100K for committed sales representative, • Additional income through spiff programs, • Unlimited earning potential - build a book of business, • Eligible for bonus and/or profit sharing
