Job Description: We Deliver the Goods: • Competitive pay and benefits, including Day 1 Health & Wellness Benefits, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, 401K Employer Matching, Education Assistance, Paid Time Off, and much more., • Growth opportunities performing essential work to support America’s food distribution system., • Safe and inclusive working environment, including culture of rewards, recognition, and respect.Position Details:, • The territory will include Roseburg, OR and surrounding areas (will be discussed in interview)., • $17.00 per hour (paid door to door), • Mileage & Cell phone reimbursement program, • Monday - Friday Responsibilities: • Service assigned stores as scheduled daily., • Providing excellent customer service, • Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations., • Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store., • Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required., • Maintain safe working environment which in store aisle., • Maintenance of assigned equipment., • Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets, • Perform other duties as assignedThe ideal candidate should possess the following:, • Able to work independently with minimal supervision., • Strong oral and written communication skills, • Excellent customer service skills • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent experience, • 6 + months of merchandising experience, • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance., • Must be able to pass post offer background check & drug screening., • Must be able to frequently lift products weighing from 5-25 lbs. throughout the day.
