Job DescriptionPosition: Sport Court Sales Representative & Installation Lead (Construction Sales, Outside Sales, Field Sales, Athletic Court Installation) Overview This role is not a traditional sales job. It is a hybrid leadership position responsible for selling Sport Court projects, leading installation crews, and physically installing courts. This person owns the project from first conversation through final install and customer sign-off. If someone wants to sit behind a desk, this is the wrong role. If they want ownership, accountability, and upside tied to performance, this is the right one. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development • Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial Sport Court projects, • Conduct on-site consultations, measurements, and product recommendations, • Build quotes, present proposals, and close deals, • Maintain strong follow-up discipline from lead to close, • Represent the brand professionally in the field and in the community, • Own each project end-to-end: sales → scheduling → install → close-out, • Coordinate materials, timelines, and customer expectations, • Ensure installs are delivered on time and to quality standards, • Be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project Installation & Labor • Actively participate in the physical installation of Sport Court systems, • Lead install crews on-site and set the pace for productivity, • Ensure proper site prep, tile installation, and finishing, • Troubleshoot issues in real time Team Leadership • Lead, train, and hold installers accountable on job sites, • Set expectations for quality, efficiency, and professionalism, • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, • Enforce company standards and best practices during installs What Success Looks Like • Deals are closed efficiently and accurately, • Projects run smoothly with minimal rework or callbacks, • Crews are productive, organized, and accountable, • Customers are confident, informed, and satisfied, • You are seen as a leader—not just a salesperson or installer Requirements • Proven experience in sales, construction, or hands-on field leadership, • Comfortable with physical labor and outdoor work, • Strong communication and customer-facing skills, • Ability to lead by example on job sites, • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, • Valid driver’s license Preferred Experience • Construction, flooring, concrete, or athletic surface installation, • In-home or B2C sales experience, • Crew leadership or foreman experience, • Ability to read site plans or layouts, • Residential and commercial construction, hands-on installation, team leadership, performance-based compensation Compensation & Growth • Compensation structure discussed during interview (base + commission or performance-based), • Opportunity for increased responsibility and leadership as the division grows, • Long-term growth for the right person who treats this like their operation, not just a job Bottom Line This role is for someone who wants ownership, accountability, and impact.
