POSITION OBJECTIVES The financial analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to optimize financial performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The analyst will have a diverse cross-departmental workload supporting multiple company initiatives. Requirements: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Financial Analysis: • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement., • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning., • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports., • Develop, maintain and improve KPI reporting metrics to support decision making., • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and business decisions., • Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them., • Conduct special projects and financial analyses as requested. Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. REQUIREMENTS: EXPERIENCE • 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, consulting, investment banking, or related roles., • Experience with financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting., • Proficiency in financial software and tools (Excel, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)., • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills., • Excellent communication and presentation skills., • Ability to remain in a stationary seated or standing position for various increments of time, • Able to move about to access a variety of tools and office equipment, • Able to consistently operate a computer or other electronic device, • Able to ascend or descend a ladder, crouch or crawl, • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, lift over head, twist and turn body when appropriate, • Must be able to communicate clearly through both verbal and written form

The Role The Portfolio Management Analyst will play a critical role supporting a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of renewable energy investments, including construction loans, development lines of credit, and term debt across operating assets nationwide. This is a highly dynamic position offering exposure across the full lifecycle of deals—from underwriting and structuring through active portfolio management, risk analysis, and lender interaction. What You’ll Do Portfolio & Investment Management • Support management of a $2B+ portfolio of construction loans and development facilities, • Assist in servicing a $1B+ portfolio of term loans across operating renewable assets, • Prepare annual loan reviews and portfolio reporting for lenders and stakeholders, • Review and process construction loan draw requests, • Analyze budgets vs. actuals and project progression, • Evaluate project-level and portfolio-level risks including:, • Market and offtake exposure, • Sponsor and vintage analysis, • Covenant compliance and performance tracking, • Support loan onboarding, cash management, and compliance tracking, • Coordinate loan sales and servicing activities, • Engage with developers, lenders, advisors, and internal stakeholders, • Develop a strong understanding of renewable energy credit structures and project lifecycles, • Contribute to draw management, reporting compliance, and portfolio analytics, • Support covenant tracking and performance monitoring across active investments, • Assist in preparing annual reviews and participating in lender communications, • 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or related field, • Strong interest in credit, lending, or investment management, • Understanding of financial statements and capital structures, • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, • Experience with financial modeling or data analysis preferred, • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a team environment, • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field Company DescriptionTransition Staffing Group is an award winning San Diego based staffing agency providing solutions on a Temporary, Temporary-to-Hire and Direct Hire basis.
