Client Relations and Acquisitions • Visit potential clients and present Clean Ready’s services. • Follow up with leads and prospective clients. • Coordinate service trials, quotes, and contracts with administrative support. • Build partnerships and business relationships with properties, offices, and real estate agents. Current Client Management • Handle special requests, complaints, or service adjustments. • Measure client satisfaction after service delivery. • Implement immediate corrective actions when quality standards are not met. Internal Reporting and Coordination • Report data on visits, sales, complaints, and team performance. • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and logistics to improve timing and quality. ✦ Technical Requirements: • Experience leading cleaning teams or field operations. • Background in commercial roles, sales, or customer service. • Proficiency with digital tools: CRM, Google Sheets, reporting apps. • Own a vehicle with up-to-date documentation (mandatory). ✦ Intellectual Requirements: • Technical or professional education (preferably in administration, hospitality, or related fields). • Ability to lead, sell, and manage simultaneously. • Analytical thinking and decision-making in the field. ✦ Psychological Requirements: • Active leadership, results-oriented, and solution-focused. • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and diplomacy. • Proactive, autonomous, with excellent personal presentation. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to build long-term relationships. ✦ Necessary Tools: • Personal vehicle. • Smartphone with data access. • Access to a CRM and digital reporting tools. • Executive uniform or business casual attire. 💲 Suggested Compensation: • $25 USD per hour. • Minimum schedule: 3 days a week, at least 6 hours daily. • Opportunity for additional earnings through new contracts or client acquisition. 🕒 Schedule: • Monday to Saturday, minimum of 3 days per week (at least 6 hours per day). • Flexible visits for client meetings, inspections, or sales closures.
