Job DescriptionJob Title: Commercial Roofing Project ManagerLocation: Pensacola, FLCompensation: $85,000-$105,000 (DOE - or +)Requirements: • 3+ years project management experience working in commercial roofing space, • we could be open to more junior folks APM, PE, etc that are eager to learn and grow, • Edge software experience is ideal, but open to other software as well (MS Project, Procore, OST, Planswift, etc), • OSHA 10/30 ideal, but not required, • Project Planning and Execution:, • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, • Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met, • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial consultation to final inspection, • Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies, • Commercial Roofing Expertise:, • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems, particularly TPO roofing, • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in commercial roofing, • Provide technical guidance and support to the roofing team and clients, • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards, • Team Management:, • Lead and motivate a team of roofing professionals, including supervisors, technicians, and laborers, • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members, • Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement and training, • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team, • Client Relations:, • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, • Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations, • Resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions to ensure client satisfaction, • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, • Quality Control:, • Implement and oversee quality control processes for all roofing projects, • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations, • Identify and address potential issues before they escalate, • Ensure proper documentation of all quality control measures and inspections, • Budget and Cost Management:, • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints, • Monitor expenses, track costs, and implement cost-saving measures when necessary
