Company Overview: iKrusher Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and oversee the sales team at our South Plainfield, NJ branch. This role is responsible for setting short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluating sales programs, and implementing product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and revenue potential. The Sales Manager will report to the Branch Manager – South Plainfield, NJ and play a critical role in expanding our customer base, driving sales performance, and helping the branch achieve a monthly revenue target of $1 million USD. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of customer needs, and the ability to drive team success. Job Summary: This full-time, onsite position requires a hands-on leader who can drive revenue growth, build team cohesion, and maintain a high-performance culture. You will be directly responsible for coaching and mentoring sales representatives, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring sales execution aligns with company goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business goals, • Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching, • Track and forecast sales metrics including KPIs, ROI, and pipeline health, • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends, • Lead prospecting efforts through cold calling, emailing, and networking, • Manage and grow key client accounts while ensuring customer satisfaction, • Conduct team training, onboarding, and weekly performance reviews, • Maintain accurate sales reporting and inventory alignment using ERP systems, • Ensure timely invoice processing and payment follow-up, • Enforce pricing policies and standard operating procedures across the sales team, • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for operational support, • Assist in hiring, staffing plans, and departmental growth initiatives, • Participate in strategic planning meetings and support branch expansion goals Qualifications: • 3–5 years of sales management experience, • Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams, • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue, • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and ERP tools, • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Experience in the vape or cannabis industry is a plus, • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience, • Must be punctual with reliable transportation, • Must be able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM Benefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage beginning the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment, • 401(k) plan with company match after 90 days, • Paid Sick Time and Vacation on an accrual basis in accordance with company policy (usable after 90 days of employment), • 10 Paid Holidays per year Workplace Safety: iKrusher follows all CDC guidelines to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
