Role Overview The E-Commerce Specialist will be the marketplace lead, with a strong focus on Amazon US and other key e-commerce platforms. This role will manage marketplace strategy, product content, and advertising campaigns to drive sales and brand visibility in the U.S., while also supporting Wallboxs direct-to-consumer channel (Shopify) Key Responsibilities Amazon & Marketplaces Management • Own Wallboxs Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central operations for the U.S. market., • Optimize product listings, A+ content, brand store, and compliance with Amazon standards., • Manage Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP), ensuring efficient budget allocation and high ROI., • Monitor rankings, Buy Box share, reviews, and ratings; implement improvement strategies., • Identify and manage opportunities in other marketplaces relevant to the U.S. market. E-Commerce Operations • Support Wallboxs Shopify store, ensuring consistency across channels., • Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment for U.S. customers., • Implement promotional campaigns and coordinate with global/local marketing teams. Analytics & Reporting • Track and report KPIs (sales, conversion, ACOS/ROAS, customer acquisition)., • Provide insights on U.S. market trends, competitive benchmarking, and pricing strategy., • Deliver monthly dashboards to senior leadership with actionable recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Work closely with the U.S. sales & marketing team to align campaigns and launches., • Partner with product, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure best-in-class customer experience., • Act as the internal expert on U.S. e-commerce market dynamics. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field., • 3+ years of experience in Amazon marketplace management, with proven success in the U.S. market., • Expertise with Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central, advertising tools, and analytics dashboards., • Hands-on experience with other marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, etc.) is a strong plus., • Familiarity with Shopify and DTC operations., • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, Data Studio., • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus., • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced international environment., • Passion for e-mobility, sustainable tech, or consumer electronics is highly valued.
