Commercial Lines Account Manager Responsibilities: • Responsible for day-to-day maintenance and servicing of new and assigned Commercial Lines Accounts., • Maintains a high level of client service and satisfaction., • Marketing and placement of new and renewal accounts., • Achieves agency account retention goals through proactive account rounding and up-selling., • Interfaces with carrier representatives, clients, prospects, and support staff in order to ensure that all parties receive information in a complete and timely manner., • Assists in managing and providing technical service and expertise for property and casualty insurance accounts., • Participates in and promotes pre- and post-placement servicing including proof of insurance, loss control services, premium financing, and claims., • Processes requests for clients and producers., • Inputs all notations in CRM in accordance with the procedure documenting interactions, transactions, details regarding inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken to resolve issues and requests., • Provides back-up coverage for other teammates to cover vacations, absences and workload increases., • Other duties as assigned.
