Position Summary We are looking to add a Customer Relationship Specialist to join the Central Semiconductor team. The Customer Relationship Specialist performs customer service functions by effectively fostering positive customer relationships and maximizing satisfaction with Central's products and services. Manages sales activities including: quoting price and delivery, performing order entry, and processing other customer requests/follow-ups in an assigned territory. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned • Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, fax, and mail, • Support Regional Sales Managers and help drive sales growth, • Promote products, follow up on quotes, and process orders, • Assist with customer requests and resolve basic issues, • Track and update sales activity in internal systems, • Identify new business opportunities and support key projects, • Collaborate with internal teams to meet goals, • This role is full-time, non-exempt, • Based in Hauppauge NY, this is an onsite role, • We offer competitive pay based on knowledge, skills, and relevant experience AEM, headquartered in San Diego, California, is a portfolio company of Industrial Growth Partners (IGP), a private equity firm focused exclusively on middle-market industrial manufacturing and niche services businesses. Requirements: Minimum Qualifications: • Associates Degree; three to five years of related customer service/sales experience; knowledge of the distribution sales channel in the semiconductor industry, and experience with ISO9001:2000 are all preferred.
