Job Description Full-Time Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) Location: Midtown Manhattan, NY (1.5 miles from Empire State Building) Pay Rate: $53.00 – $57.00 per hour Employment Type: Full-Time Work Environment: Outpatient Mental & Behavioral Health Clinic About the Role: We are seeking a Full-Time Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) to join a dynamic, patient-focused outpatient clinic in Midtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate is experienced, organized, and compassionate — with the ability to manage a high patient volume while delivering top-tier imaging care. The primary responsibility includes performing brain SPECT scans in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting. Key Responsibilities: * Perform brain SPECT scans and general QA procedures * Prepare and administer radiopharmaceutical doses * Conduct IV prep and patient setup for scans * Process and print scan images before end of workday * Maintain Odyssey system and accurate daily logbooks * Conduct camera and hot lab quality control * Execute daily constancy checks, wipe tests, and weekly surveys * Handle isotope ordering and inventory management * Conduct semi-annual, quarterly, and annual calibrator tests * Ensure compliance with state and federal safety regulations Qualifications: ✅ Current Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in NY ✅ Familiarity with brain imaging highly preferred ✅ Experience with Picker Prism 3000 is a plus ✅ Strong communication, emotional stability, and patient empathy ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team ✅ Previous experience with high-volume outpatient clinics Position Details: * Full-Time Schedule * Indoor, climate-controlled outpatient setting * Moderate noise level * Requires occasional lifting (up to 15 lbs) * Frequent computer and imaging equipment use Why Join Us? ✨ Work in a mission-driven environment focused on improving brain and mental wellness ✨ State-of-the-art SPECT imaging with supportive clinical staff ✨ Competitive hourly rate in a prestigious Manhattan location ✨ Opportunity to grow within an integrative, nationwide care team Company DescriptionLanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
