Job DescriptionBenefits: • Flexible schedule, • Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities • Conduct regular patrols of the assigned area to deter and detect any suspicious activity, • Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing immediate assistance as needed., • Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a visible presence to deter criminal activity., • Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations until medical personnel arrive., • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as necessary during incidents or investigations., • Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed reports., • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in loss prevention and conflict management.Requirements, • Valid armed security guard license or certification as required by state regulations., • Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred., • Proficiency in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies., • Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable., • Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure., • Excellent observational skills with attention to detail., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team., • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.Join our team and contribute to creating a safe environment for everyone!
