Job Description About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to manage and maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. This role plays a key part in ensuring traceability, accuracy, and efficiency across our production and warehouse operations. You’ll collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Purchasing, and Production teams to verify inventory transactions, investigate discrepancies, and uphold the company’s food safety and quality standards. What You’ll Do • Maintain real-time accuracy of all inventory data in the ERP system (NetSuite or similar)., • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts; investigate and reconcile variances., • Track inventory from raw material intake through finished product shipment, ensuring full lot traceability., • Coordinate with QA and Warehouse to manage QA Hold, Positive Release, and quarantined inventory., • Monitor storage conditions and labeling for compliance with GMP and food safety standards., • Prepare and maintain inventory reports, stock adjustments, and audit documentation., • Support physical inventory audits and assist in root cause analysis of discrepancies., • Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely product availability. What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain (food/beverage or manufacturing preferred)., • Strong knowledge of ERP or MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry accuracy., • Understanding of FIFO, lot tracking, and traceability principles., • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills., • Ability to work in both warehouse and office settings., • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs., • Frequent movement between warehouse, production, and office areas., • Must follow all PPE and food safety protocols. Job DescriptionService Valet - Don McGill Toyota of Katy The Service Valet is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the operation of a Service Department. This position interacts daily with Customers, Technicians, Service Manager, Service Associates, Collision Center Manager, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates and Managers, just to name a few. (This is a full time position of 40 hours per week. Every Sunday and one day during the week off) Responsibilities • Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations, • Pick up and deliver vehicles to sublet vendors and customers as directed, • Move vehicles from intake area to storage area, • Move vehicles inside and outside of Service Center to help achieve production standards, • Maintain neat and orderly production and paint areas by sweeping, removal of trash and discarded parts as well as other actions required to maintain the appearance of the production and paint areas, • Maintain other areas of the Service Center such as the offices, storage areas and around the outside of the Department, • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
