Host / Cashier -- responsible for greeting guests, managing seating, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. This position ensures guests feel welcomed and that transactions are handled accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant, • Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements, • Answer phone calls and take reservations, • Provide menus and assist guests with questions, • Process customer orders and payments using the POS system, • Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately, • Issue receipts and maintain accurate cash drawer balance, • Assist with take-out and online orders, • Maintain a clean and organized front counter and waiting area, • Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service, • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
