Job Responsibilities:
đź“Ś Content Strategy & Creation:
Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with brand goals.
Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories, captions) showcasing our signature fabrics and products.
Stay on top of trends, ensuring our content remains fresh and relevant.
đź“Ś Community Engagement & Growth:
Build, manage, and grow our presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and Threads.
Engage with followers, respond to DMs/comments, and foster a strong brand community.
Partner with influencers, brand ambassadors, and UGC creators to amplify brand reach.
đź“Ś Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor social media insights (engagement rates, reach, follower growth) and optimize strategies accordingly.
Run A/B testing for content performance and report on key metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and product launches.
đź“Ś Paid & Organic Growth Strategies:
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns for brand awareness and conversions.
Develop creative ways to drive traffic to our website and increase sales. Who You Are:
âś… Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and content creation.
âś… Experienced with social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling software (Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
âś… Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
âś… Proactive, creative, and up-to-date with digital marketing trends.
âś… Prior experience in e-commerce or fashion is a plus!
