Job Description Our client, a high-performing rehabilitation team affiliated with a world-class rehabilitation hospital in the New York Metro area, is hiring multiple outpatient Physical Therapists. Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and individualized, evidence-based treatments for diverse outpatient populations., • Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute personalized care plans., • Track patient progress, update treatment strategies as needed, and document care in compliance with regulatory and internal standards., • Contribute to a culture of quality, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement., • Stay current with best practices through ongoing education and professional development. Qualifications • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program., • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice in New York State., • At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred; strong new graduates are welcome to apply., • Excellent communication, clinical reasoning, and time management skills., • A team-oriented mindset and dedication to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
