Job Description Licensed Massage Therapist needed - immediate hire. Looking for someone who is: • Licensed in NYS with a valid license, liability insurance and maintains continuing education credits., • Ideal candidate would live nearby, or no more than a 15 minute drive away and own a vehicle to ensure traveling to work is convenient., • Preferably a female therapist but open to interviewing male therapists., • Must have at least 5 years of experience and if not, must be willing to be trained in technique and client care if needed. All therapist's hired would be trained in some aspect to align with how we work., • Clean, well-kept appearance, short nails, no smoking, no perfumes, just a hard working, mature and pleasant individual who is able to work well with other professionals. Social, kind, and polite., • Educated and proficient in relaxation massage, deep tissue, light stretching, head and face massage., • Knowledge of anatomy, speaking about anatomy, and great at active listening and understanding client needs., • Ideal candidate would be flexible with scheduling, but could work 5 days a week, not necessarily full days every day.
