Job Summary The Pool Server is responsible for greeting guests, serving food and beverages, upselling, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pools, while providing excellent guest service and creating a memorable guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: • Perform basic bartender skills- follow recipes for a limited variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages., • Assist guests with selecting food and beverages by suggesting items, explaining the chefs specialties, identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions., • Efficiently receive guest orders paying attention to special requests or needs (i.e. allergies) and input them into POS system. Communicate special requests to the kitchen to ensure correct outcome, • Retrieve guest orders from the kitchen and deliver to pool guests., • Engage with guests to ensure they are satisfied with food and overall service., • Must be able to cross-train in other F&B related areas. Job Description Server-Fine Dining (on-site) Employee standards: To ensure high levels of hospitality every time you are in contact with guests. To be attentive to guest needs at all times. To be responsible for assisting during services, including but not limited to, the initial guest experience, clearly and efficiently communicating with all guests and staff. Additionally to also ensure guest service meets company standards with customer satisfaction maintained at all times. Interacts with the restaurant guests, fellow staff members, and supervisors in a polite, courteous and hospitable manner to ensure an exemplary dining experience. Also actively takes orders, makes personal recommendations, conducts full and complete food/wine/beverage service, and monitors guests’ dining experience.
