About the Role: As a Wait Staff member at Lakeview, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be expected to take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry., • Experience in a wait staff position or similar role., • Knowledge of food and beverage pairings., • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner., • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff., • Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation., • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any issues promptly.
