About the Role: As a Wait Staff member at Lakeview, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to provide attentive and friendly service, ensuring that each guest feels valued and well-cared for during their visit. You will be expected to take orders accurately, serve food and beverages promptly, and address any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Additionally, you will collaborate with kitchen staff and management to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold our high standards of service. Minimum Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent., • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry., • Experience in a wait staff position or similar role., • Knowledge of food and beverage pairings., • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner., • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff., • Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation., • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any issues promptly. The required skills for this position include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for interacting with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
