The Director of Food and Beverage oversees all operational, financial, and culinary aspects of the restaurant, lounge, private events, and in-room dining, ensuring exceptional service, guest satisfaction, and staff development across all food and beverage areas. Responsibilities include managing reservations, ambiance, menus, inventory, payroll, budgets, and costs, as well as training and evaluating staff, maintaining sanitation and safety standards, overseeing purchasing and beverage programs, handling guest complaints, and executing marketing, PR, and private event plans. The role requires fine dining and high-volume FOH management experience, strong financial and HR knowledge, proficiency with relevant technology, and the ability to foster a positive team culture.
