Job Description: Position: Senior Marketing Manager – Media & E-commerce Position Reports to: Head of Marketing and Innovation, North America Location: New York City - Hybrid (3 days in office) Department: Marketing About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to accelerate growth for our North America brand portfolio, including SKYN® and LifeStyles®, through integrated media, e-commerce, PR, creator, affiliate, and owned-channel strategies. LifeStyles is a global leader in the sexual wellness sector, with a broad portfolio of condoms, personal lubricants, devices, and other products sold in more than 60 countries. Key Responsibilities Consumer Engagement: • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel consumer engagement strategies that build awareness, consideration, trial, conversion, and loyalty across the North America portfolio., • Translate consumer insights, brand priorities, and commercial objectives into integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results across digital, social, e-commerce, retail, and traditional channels. Media Planning and Execution: • Own paid, owned, and earned media planning and execution across digital, social, Amazon, retail media, and emerging platforms., • Manage media budgets, optimize investment across upper-funnel awareness, mid-funnel engagement, and lower-funnel performance marketing, and partner with agencies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. E-Commerce - Amazon and Retailer.com: • Drive e-commerce growth by improving the quality, consistency, and conversion power of brand and product content across Amazon and retailer.com channels., • Optimize enhanced brand content, product titles, descriptions, imagery, search terms, and ratings/reviews support, to improve conversion and brand experience., • Plan, execute, and optimize tailored media placements and marketing programs using real-time performance data and retailer insights., • Apply learnings from Amazon to strengthen best practices across the broader e-commerce ecosystem. PR, Creator, and Affiliate Marketing: • Develop and manage an integrated PR, creator, influencer, and affiliate strategy that expands brand reach, strengthens credibility, and drives measurable traffic and conversion., • Partner with agencies and platforms to build press moments, creator briefs, seeding programs, affiliate partnerships, and performance reporting; ensure programs are brand-safe, culturally relevant, compliant, and optimized against engagement, conversion, ROAS, and ROI goals. Owned Channels - Website and Social Handles: • Lead content planning, optimization, and user-experience improvements across owned digital channels., • Partner with internal teams and external agencies on website maintenance, new development, social content, and digital projects that strengthen brand engagement and support conversion. Content Strategy: • Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to deliver compelling, consumer-focused content tailored by platform, funnel stage, and audience need., • Ensure content is consistent with brand positioning, compliant with category requirements, and optimized for engagement and performance. Agency and Vendor Management: • Lead day-to-day partnerships with media, social, e-commerce, creative, PR, creator, and affiliate agencies. Set clear briefs, timelines, deliverables, KPIs, and accountability mechanisms to ensure high-quality execution and continuous improvement. Measurement and Optimization: • Establish clear KPIs and reporting across full-funnel media, e-commerce, social, PR, creator, and affiliate programs. Monitor performance, optimize ROAS and ROI, synthesize insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations for the business. Ideal Candidate • 7+ years of consumer goods, consumer health, beauty, personal care, or related marketing experience, ideally with a combination of corporate and agency-side exposure., • Strong experience managing integrated media across digital, social, retail media, Amazon, and other performance-oriented platforms., • Demonstrated experience with PR, creator/influencer content, affiliate marketing, and agency management., • Deep understanding of e-commerce content, retail media, conversion optimization, and the consumer path to purchase., • Advanced quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify insights, and make clear business recommendations., • Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills., • Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple agencies, workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment., • Proficiency with AI tools and agents, Microsoft Office, Amazon Vendor, advertising platforms, Shopify, and analytics/reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Blackbird, Acorn-i, and Criteo.
