YOUR FUNCTIONS: In the reservations/booking department you will be in charge of the following tasks: - Customer service to resolve guest queries via telephone and/or email. - Provide accurate information about the resort's facilities, activities and services. - Assist guests in booking accommodation, meals and leisure activities. - Manage incidents and complaints.
