Requirements - Proven experience as a head waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting. - Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and refined dining atmosphere. - Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills to cater to an international clientele. - Knowledgeable about food and beverage, with the ability to make recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu. - Ability to work under pressure and manage busy dining periods with efficiency and grace.
